Game Boy Camera with Interchangeable Lens

Similar to JordanBajc's mod on Flickr, but this time with a 180 degree fisheye lens. It will very easily allow the attachment of some other magnetic ring iphone lenses like a macro or wide angle... I just really love the effect the fisheye lens has on the Game Boy Camera. Some in action shots show how the lens can distort an image. The last picture shows a wide angle/macro lens on the same camera. Magnetic rings means a lens switch is incredibly quick and simple. No tools or unscrewing of lenses required.

Single Speed Salsa Caballero

The gentleman is probably the smoothest bike I've ever owned, especially after the single speed conversion I performed a few weeks back when the parts for the first stage of this build arrived. The Paul Melvin really gets along with this frame. I went with BB7 brakes, HS1 rotors, Spank grips, Pro stem, Sunline bars, denim and leather Premium bmx saddle, Specialized Lo Pro Mag pedals, Race Face crank, Endless cog, Salsa locking seatpost clamp, Gold Loaded Chainring Bolts KCNC top cap, Hope headset spacer, Thomson Elite seatpost, and Halo locking skewers. I like to give a bike a little bling once it proves itself trail worthy. The Caballero is very light, handles great and tames rough trails with ease. A highly recommended ride. Too bad Salsa stopped making them.

A Word

This is a poem I wrote in 2010.

A Word-

What’s a word?

It’s a symbol,
Free to interpretation.

Don’t waste your time hesitating to interpret this phrase,
Too many of us forgo analytical growth to focus on our masturbation.

And what’s that right hand mean to you?
It means nothing to me,
Because I want the real thing,

And everything--

Drama, love, deception,
flawed perception,
Reciprocation, misunderstood emotional deflection,
Anger sadness joy, and conception,

-- which might possibly come with it.

So here it is.

Give it, take it, throw it away,
Stow it away,
Hide it from the light in the depths of what you call you, where no one can find it.

Do with it what you like.

It’s all yours.
