Custom PSP

Uh-oh, forgot to put on my wrist strap! Always wear protection. This was ill-advised to say the least (shot in Toy Camera mode).

This is my custom PSP... I didn't do too much to it because after some experimentation with rehousing I found that the best looking clear full housing shell I could find was cheaply constructed and flawed (poorly cut memory card door which wouldn't really shut, poorly designed battery compartment, overall cheap plastics used in the build, UMD door didn't close and lock up well, the face plate had problems with closing up and remaining flush when screwed to the rear, crappy threads for the screws, etc.). I stuck with the original case, but did end up replacing the entire joystick (not just top cap) with a clear one. The orange LED which flickers on the side when the system boots is can be seen through the joystick (a nice effect). I did give the system custom firmware (PRO-B10, permanently flashed) and a Go!Cam (PSP-450x), and loaded LGPT. It also got a custom theme with simple, black icons. It's got incredibly clear audio output... but it's a little less high end in the photography department. It seems more suitable for porn in its standard unfiltered and toy camera mode, but I feel that the sketch setting has some real potential. I like it for capturing very simple, gritty images, like the ones I've been posting recently. I went with a Nikon wrist strap.
